PHIBLO'S BEARD REMOVAL

During the filming of The Green Video, the decision was taken to shave Phiblo's beard. And in keeping with the enormity of the event, we have recorded it here, on the internet for future generations to see. So now, without furth ado, I offer you specimen 1 - Phiblo with full beard:

As you can see, Phiblo's beard was quite bushy.

So, for the beard shavery, we had to decide how best to begin. After a brief discussion and some cupcakes, we decided that more cupcakes were in order. The second batch of delicious but small bakery objects inspired us to create the "Anti Goatee", as shown in Specimen 2 below:

After we had created this wonderful facial fashion statement, there seemed but to be one course of action we could take. After we had finished playing Grand Theft Auto (Vice City, no less) we decided to make Phiblo have two very big sideburns. This you can see, in specimen 3:

After Creating such monsterous sideburns, we thought it would be a sacrilege to gradually make them smaller, so we decided to shave them from the top down, which left two tufts on the side of Phiblo's face (see specimen 4, you monkeys), and then just the one tuft, natch (that be specimen 5):

As you can see, after Phiblo had shaved his facial beard, he was left a little bit stubbly (specimen 6) so we gave him a full facial shaving foam beard (specimen 7) and finished making him smooth (smoothifying him, if you will):

So there we have it, a full shavery record. And just for posterity, specimen 8 shows the beard...in a bowl:
